The claims lady that helped me with my claim was very knowledgeable and I got right in and right out so now, I'm just waiting for the insurance company to do their part so I can get my claim done.
They still haven’t finished my car and I brought it to them in February. They tell me every time I call they’ll have the remaining parts for my car at the end of the week. Apparently they don’t know what week but I guess the end of any week works for them. They also got oil ALL over the interior and were supposed to clean it and never did. I would not recommend this body shop to anybody. Their service is very bad. They had my truck over a month without doing anything to it and then once they started working on it they had my truck seven different times and still could not get the truck fixed back the way that it needed to be when I pointed out all of the problems I was told to take it somewhere else and then some guy got on the phone and said I was banned from coming to Lloyd Bell and banned from coming to their shop so I contacted Lloyd Bell and Lloyd belt sa... read more
I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I had a very negative experience with work done, time it took, honesty, strange extra mileage on my car, and personnel who were unprofessional and snappish when questioned about my vehicle's status. Would not go back under any circumstances.
Great office staff and very friendly. Communication was top-notch. I highly recommend.
