My son wrecked his car. It took three weeks longer than originally told. Never given an update but had to call myself every week for 6 or 7 weeks. Went to pick up his car when it was finally ready. I saw the front license plate in the back seat and realized there was not a front plate holder. Asked about it at the desk. Was told, "Oh, we didn't know you needed one." Went to Fischer Body Shop for an insurance claim on a Friday morning. The next Wednesday morning....absolutely NOTHING was uploaded to the claim!!! And as angry as I was...I sent Devin Fischer some negative comments. His response was beyond despicable. Im attaching the comments to this review Totally unprofessional
2 stars due to lack of communication. Don’t expect to have your calls returned.
Very disappointed. We have taken our vehicles here before and they did a fine job. This time it was for a small repair since someone hit me. I was excited to get my car back and they broke my key fob and stole 3 dollars of quarts from my car. Why steal from me? And why when you guys returned back my key fob acted like I did it? They never offered to replace it. Please people go somewhere else.
