This is the third party that processes bank bill pay.....and when my payments were messed up by my local bank (coughs...AZ Fed Credit Union), then it took additional fees, and then they finally returned my payment, which the bank told me that was on 09/21. I went to my bank on 10/06, and they called and spoke to a representative, who then told my bank that they got the payment back on 09/29 and that I would have that refunded to my account within 7-10 days....business, which would make it on 10/13, at the latest, so these fo... read more
