This place feels very robotic. I had high hopes but I have to say that I am disappointed in Firth Veterinary. To keep this review short I feel that processes that would have made sense to deliver care during COVID, which is now over half a decade ago, are still being used and has dehumanized their practice. I would never have brought my 3 dogs here had I known that they expected me to drop them off and pick them up after their appointments when they are sick and injured. The staff was very kind and down to earth . They make you feel very comfortable while providing a very organized professional environment, which included cozy touches . Each and every person seemed invested in their job and truly enjoyed what they were doing . The vet themselves was very warm, thorough and was really invested amd engaged in what I was saying and answering questions . You can tell they genuinely care about animals. If there were more stars, they’d get those too! Our experience at Firth was amazing. Both me and my pup were treated like family right from the first phone call. The team was kind, professional and thorough. Nothing was a surprise, everything was well explained, all questions were answered fully and I felt safe and comfortable leaving my pup in their care - they even sent text updates which is so handy and nice. Staff are friendly and experienced. They were very accommodating and my cats felt very safe in that environment.
