Ive been with the practice for over 15 years now,and can honestly say all the staff are friendly, caring and very efficient. I would not go anywhere else. Mr Hameed is very professional,he explains all the treatment that is being done and is a fantastic dentist who cares about his patients.
Well 3.6 out of 5, is not very good is it. The receptionist, was very rude. The staff treat you like your a n.h.s. lower paying customer, although I am a fully paying customer. The dentist tries to tell you what you are going to have, rather than listens to what you want. The company ethos is not as a good company should be. They upsell and take 4-6 weeks for a next simple appointment. I would recommend you look elsewhere. They are not nice people and play games. Needs money spending on the appearance, looks run down. Hadn’t visited the dentist for years due to a phobia. They were excellent. Warm, welcoming and completed several procedures including a tooth extraction, all whilst making me feel comfortable.
