I recently moved to Sale from Berkshire. Having been with the same GP practice for the last 29 years, I wasn't familiar with the current process of signing on with a new GP. I spoke to the receptionist over the phone and she was very helpful. And the online registration process was easy. Disgusting service. Admin staff Alison is poor and needs sacking asap or a serious retrain. They have no duty of care to patients. Don’t send your loved ones here. To dismiss a 90 year old and telling her she had, had a fall when she hadn’t is extremely worrying. I have call recordings of Dr Lester laughing about my grandmas problems and Alison’s rudeness on the phone. Happy to make public.
