My dad purchased a Journey perfect sleep lift chair that came with a 3-year mechanical warranty. Unfortunately, the chair completely lost power at about 3½ years. After contacting customer service, I was told that because the warranty had expired by six months, no assistance would be provided. I understand that warranties have expiration dates, but I was disappointed that there was no goodwill accommodation or consideration given how close the failure was to the warranty period. I spoke to Janet in customer service today and she was very patient and caring which was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and when we couldn’t get my issue resolved she contacted another person who could help. She got my issue resolved!!! I am a very pleased customer thanks to her !!!

Would never order from this company again!! Placed a order back on 5/21 and charged. When the item was never receive a week later called to find out it was back ordered until July. Call 6/30 for a update to be told would ship 7/1. No tracking so call again on 7/1 to be told again they have to process and then ship. Here it is 7/3 and still no shipment. Yet they have had the money since May. They are nothing but thief’s!! Never recommend or purchase. Zero communication from them!!

I placed an order for an accessory for my UpWalker this weekend, but I failed to notice that it was for a different model. I contacted customer service and after answering a few automated questions, I was promptly connected to an actual human, who was such a friendly and pleasant lady. She was able to help me out and answer my other questions about my UpWalker. I believe her name was Kayla (?). I work as a mobility equipment technician, and I have to fix journey products. I had a specific question for tech support that would’ve taken 2 minutes, and I called them as soon as their phone line opened. They have no dedicated tech support, even for businesses that have an account with them, and I also got met with an AI assistant that told me that I should call the journey customer support line WHILE I WAS ON THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINE.
