Purchased an upright walker for a relative. Ordered on 3/27 with shipping in 1 to 2 business days. After 2 weeks and no comminication, I left messages via email and voice mail (you will receive a call back)....no response given to either. and no call back. Finally was able to reach customer service by phone and I was told my order was on backorder. Would have saved a lot of concern about possible scam, etc. if had been advised of this when ordered. Scammers!!!! Took $2,500 from my elderly client then had been lied to 5 times now about delivering the bed !! if you try and cancel they charge you $1,000 even when it is their fault completely!!!! it's been 2 weeks & 5 different delivery promises......now I don't even know what to do but give up .....it's sad cuz I already took this poor man's lift chair out of the house & of course it's was heavy & I did whatever it took to get it out 2 doorways .....& They know this.....they have no heart & are a complete scam!!!!! From initial contact with Journey Health Lifestyle when purchasing my Cardio Accelerator UpWalker I had a wonderful experience. I absolutely loved my walker! It helped me to regain mobility and live life again in fullness. Make sure you get an invoice for your order! My dad placed an order with JC. After a delay in delivery, it wasn't even the right chair! He's tried calling JC and he won't take or return any of my dad's calls. My dad also called customer service to report the mistake and no one has followed up with him. My dad is battling cancer, has sleep apnea and COPD. He needs this chair to be able to sleep and this company does nothing to help after taking his money.
