My mom bought a sleep chair from journey lifestyle. It came yesterday, this chair cost 2000$. Long story short. She doesn't like the chair. Its too big for her. Shes 90 years old. So today she called this company wanting to return the chair, Journey says no returns. And get this, if she had canceled the order there is a $800 restocking fee. Please dont let the senior in your life do business with these ppl. I called them myself and tried to initiate a return and the rep said... Maybe she could sell it to somebody else. They went above and beyond for me. I love my walker and this company. You’re making a huge mistake if you use anyone, but journey. Thsnks so much for restoring my life.

Purchased an upright walker for a relative. Ordered on 3/27 with shipping in 1 to 2 business days. After 2 weeks and no comminication, I left messages via email and voice mail (you will receive a call back)....no response given to either. and no call back. Finally was able to reach customer service by phone and I was told my order was on backorder. Would have saved a lot of concern about possible scam, etc. if had been advised of this when ordered. Scammers!!!! Took $2,500 from my elderly client then had been lied to 5 times now about delivering the bed !! if you try and cancel they charge you $1,000 even when it is their fault completely!!!! it's been 2 weeks & 5 different delivery promises......now I don't even know what to do but give up .....it's sad cuz I already took this poor man's lift chair out of the house & of course it's was heavy & I did whatever it took to get it out 2 doorways .....& They know this.....they have no heart & are a complete scam!!!!! 💔💔💔... read more
