My husband was mis-sold vary-focal glasses at £429 which he could not see out of and did not need. Prescription only required reading glasses. Have been in to store twice to request a refund. Day 1 Shannon stated come back tomorrow she is unable to process a refund, day 2 Douglas states he is unable to process either and told the manager Annette will call me and they don’t do refunds only offer more glasses.
