This bank's student loan department is is the mpst fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. For instance, they make multiple silly excuses to not allow me to pay off the nearly 17% interest student loan and then finally customer service told me that I signed a contract that only allows me to pay it off slowly over long periods of time, which means they get huge profits in interests. Plus, their advertisements make you think that the loan is low interest rate with logos that make it appear like they are affiliated with the ... read more
