Have been banking here for decades. Always easy to complete transactions. Staff is very nice, though lately I do not recognize as many faces as it seems that people get transferred
As Eagles sponsor they excluded 11 people from their club at the stadium when the Eagles website indicated they should have had club access based on the premium they paid for tickets. Refused to honor seats the Eagles website said came with access.
Krewstown Firstrust is the absolute best and friendliest branch . Even though I live closer to and pass other branches I come to Krewstown branch. I’ve had several issues in the past that needed immediate attention including theft of all cards and Krewstown branch has handled everything with a personal and professional touch easing my mind. Always treated with respect and friendly customer service at both locations on Ridge Avenue and Flourtown location. I did prefer the Flourtown location which I used for over 40 years, because it was Much closer to my home and had friendships with the tellers. I don't go to the Ridge avenue branch much unless I need some specific or special.
