This bank's student loan department is is the mpst fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. For instance, they make multiple silly excuses to not allow me to pay off the nearly 17% interest student loan and then finally customer service told me that I signed a contract that only allows me to pay it off slowly over long periods of time, which means they get huge profits in interests.
