Hours at this Branch are pretty bad. There should be at least 1-2 nights during the week that they're open until 7:30-8:00 p.m. for working people to get in there to do their banking. Why are you not open on Saturdays either??? You should be - at least for 4 hours/half a day. Very inconvenient for people who work all day to find a time to come in and speak with a teller/make a deposit that you can't do using an automated teller because you've also got rolled coins to include.
The bank machine is of new design and goes down far too often. This is not the staffs issue, it the system/computer itself. - The computers at the tellers are slow. - First Ontario are in desperate need of faster computers to increase speed of service for 2024 and beyond. Rating: 2.5/5.0
They took a double payment of 900 = 1800 out of my account today and i could not get any help from the branch to have it put back in my bank account. This was an unauthorized removal. I have yet to hear how they are going to rectify this and been trying to contact them all day via email and phone call to Brandon and the branch manager. They said to call my bank and have it reversed. Bank said no have to be done from branches side. No one call me back. No action from them. I would leave zero stars if i could. A fine organization with excellent service.
I was on the phone with the support centre and quite literally they ended the call at 8 pm rather than staying on the line with me to resolve the issue I phoned about. This incident has left a negative impression with me regarding FirstOntario Credit Union's phone care customer service. As well, the pandemic is now over and in light of that fact, when will the Kerr Street branch be bringing back Saturday hours and expanding operating hours beyond 5 pm for one night during the week?
