Went here for the Hades tour in July. A bit disappointed that the self serve store is credit card only, when debit cards CAN accept pre authorization holds. The staff were fine, but I didn't interact with them much tbh.

I had such a great experience at The Venue for the YOASOBI concert! The line-up arrangement was very well organized, and getting inside and having our tickets checked was quick and smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when guiding us to our seats. The sound quality was great, and the entire venue was clean and well maintained. It took over an hour to get into the venue for the Yaosobi concert. A large number of people didn't even get into the venue yet when the show was supposed to start. Security seemed to be the bottleneck. If TD Coliseum plans to continue to host large events, this needs to be managed better. There was also a TD card holder priority line, but it never felt like that line was moving faster than any other line.
