We were sat on the floor but facing the middle of the arena....not the stage. It was weird and I couldn't really see anything. If you go here I would get seats higher up.
First time attending an event there. Staff were outside holding gate markers to make it easy to find your entry. Clean, modern facility with good food options at usual stadium prices. Lots of staff and security on each level. Good sound for the concert but no big screen so if you're in the nose bleeds, bring binoculars.
