She takes the time to listen and diagnose root cause. Doesn’t just write a bunch of RX like all my other doctors. Thankful for Dr. Steffens!

I took my daughter to CareNow because her regular provider was unable to see her today. How unfortunate for us. After waiting in the exam room for 2 hours, Dr Wilks finally came in. I had put on a podcast for my daughter to listen to while we waited as the wait was so long. He immediately told me to get off my phone, turned and went out the door. Saw this doctor this week. Extremely unfriendly and argumentative.
MEDIOCRE . UNHUMAN . 0 BEDSIDE MANNERS . On top of that will lure herself with a fake smile !
I was seen at CareNow Clinic. Overheard the doctor speaking to the nurse. He critiqued the nurse in front of me. I felt humiliated for her. I thought doctors are suppose to help and uplift team not be-little staff.
I don’t understand some of the other reviews, but my experience with Dr Wilks was probably life saving. Really. With a Covid positive and the clinic about to close for the night, he didn’t want to send me away with meds, but insisted on a chest X-ray. He held a couple of staff back and discovered Covid pneumonia. Then quickly got me scheduled for infusion which I’m convinced saved my life.
