First Doctor Claycomb lied about his name during our call. Introduced himself as Dr. Clay. I learned this after reading my health summary. Bedside manners for a doctor are lacking. He hardly let me speak and just didn't want to listen. He canceled antibiotic script he wrote at 730pm before I could pick up next day Leg was severely swollen and of course it's in a Sunday
He has an attitude. I agree with most of the criticism on this review page. He was blunt, arrogant, and was obviously phobic about germs and had an obvious attitude about people not wearing masks. None of the staff had masks, no sign to wear a mask, and no masks provided. I was not there for anything that could indicate I was possibly infected, no coughing, no sneezing. I’ve been seeing Dr Steffens over 20 years. When she was with CareNow in Euless on Glade Rd. She is a absolute wonderful Dr and person! She knows her stuff and always makes you feel like your family. Absolutely love her
I had a tele appointment with this doctor. He spent a good amount of time hearing me out and provided a great amount of information on how to treat my condition. It was very helpful.
Took my fiancé in for a follow up after surgery and waited to hours before being seen, had an appointment. When Dr. wills came in he started asking about the surgery and when they said she can go back to work. Mind you she has surgery 2 wks earlier on her rotator cuff. He immediately started to grab and press her shoulder and she started crying in agony. He said he was looking for infection but he didn’t even care to look at her 5 incisions . I had a very disappointing experience. The provider did not take the time to listen to my concerns and refused to perform the baseline blood testing I requested after a needle stick at work. I found the lack of basic empathy and attentiveness surprising and disheartening. It felt like patient care was not a priority, but rather, just getting in and out of the room quickly.
Personality personal care and communication
Absolutely horrible experience and he wasn't helpful whatsoever. Didn't care about anything I said and made very poor comparisons that were extremely offensive.
