Dr Kennedy is a knowlegeable doctor, but I'm afraid his office staff is EXTREMELY poor. We have had numerous billing issues & they even lost my husband's entire file. I would not recomment using them at all. I have been trying to get a $25 bill for a copay that was paid when services were rendered straightened out since Feb 2012 & I still cannot get them to fix it.
Looking back over the years that I've been going to Dr. Kennedy, I can not think of one bad experience that I've had. He is very down to earth and doesn't use medical jargon to answer my questions, instead explaining things to me in a manner in which I can easily understand. Dr. Kennedy actually takes his time with his patients and explains their condition to them instead of handing them a hand full of prescription and sending them on their way. Occasionally, you will have to wait but it's worth it.
Dr. Kennedy and his staff provide quality medical care and I wouldn't take my family anywhere else.
I have been bringing my family to Dr. Kennedy for years and have never had a problem with inappropriate behavior from the doctor or staff. Dr. Kennedy has always been a good caring doctor and I have always been allowed to stay in the room with my children and never asked to leave. I trust Dr. Kennedy and his staff.
