I see Dr. Agnus, and she is truly an amazing doctor. I’ve never felt so heard and understood by a healthcare provider. She takes the time to listen carefully and offers thoughtful solutions and referrals to ensure you receive the best care possible. The office staff and scheduling team are equally fantastic—professional, respectful, and always helpful. I really appreciate how they send regular appointment reminders so you never miss a visit. Highly recommend this office!
Insurance suggested here for my children and besides the therapist whom they took out the network the staff here does not seem to be concerned about the patients health. I have to contact them numerous times for my daughter's results and then I can never get an appointment sooner than a month if not longer. Last appt was cut short after sitting for quite some time due to an issue with another patient I have a feeling they treated wrongly. Staff behave like a gaggle of high school girls, not very demure. I know you guys are explicitly sharing my private and personal information (age, medications, etc) not your first time I'm guessing. You go to school for who knows how long and NOT know anything about HIPPA and their Violations. Not very demure at all, miss diva. I expected more professionalism.
Unbelievable that a on call dr don't help patience with medication that are an existing patient. Never heard of an office being closed the day after a holiday. This is medical not a store. I will be looking for a new dr for my daughter. No one should have to wait for her dr for 4 days to get a refill. Sad and uncaring.
