I've been using Firstmed as my primary care for 2+ years now and I'm very pleased with them. It's the best experience I've ever had with a doctor's office and I don't feel like I'm just a number. Dr. Manalang is great, she is very attentive and explains things very well. Firstmed has handled referals to my specialists well and in a timely matter. Only one of two places in Las Vegas that actually care about you, your physical health and mental well-being. The staff is so caring and always so patient and the provider Liliana Lacayo is so very kind ( and SUPER FUNNY ) and CAREFULLY listen's to all of your concerns. The person i spoke to was very helpful. I wasn't able to attend the appointment with my boys and she checked to make sure she was able to provide me with information first then walked me through everything that needed to be done before their next appointment. She also left notes for the provider for the next appointment. I really appreciate her commitment to patient confidentiality and the patience she displayed while answering all of my questions. I wish I can remember her name.
