Deceptive business practices!!!! I was an earlier purchaser of their MyDockLink remote boat lift device and after using it for years with intermittent issues they have decided I need to pay $9.99/ month or $99.00/yr to continue to use the device to raise and lower my boat lift. Was never told when I put chased the unit there would be a subscription.
