If Satan outsourced loan servicing, he’d call Firstmark Services. These folks looked at my promissory note, said “cute,” and tossed it like it was a CVS receipt. I’ve contacted them more times than you can count. Email? Ignored. Phone? Ghosted. Carrier pigeon? Might try next. Very shitty service. You make a payment, and it doesn't update until you reach out to the staff. When they finally check, they deny that you even made the payment! I had to pay twice more than once for upcoming bills, shittest loan office ever! These people need to do their jobs!
Password policy sucks. locks your account after typing in password. so okay use that as new password. wont let you use it because it was an old password. makes total sense if you dont think about it
