Their customer service department is not set up to actually assist anyone but to allow deliquesces so that they are able to quickly default people and sue for the sum in full. This is a predatory loan service that should be shut down. This company is one of the worst I have ever encountered. My student loan was sold to them from Discover Student Laons. Terrible company and customer service. Their absence to customer service makes me wonder why they are still in business. They simply don't care about you or your life.
I have had the worst experience with First mark services. I have been in contact them with several months and nothing has been noted or documented on my account that I have talked to them at all or have filled out the required paperwork they requested. My credit has been impacted because of their 'systems being down' and not registering that i've talked to around 6 people at this point, filled out my paperwork and HAVE been communicating.
