Let me explain for the one star. First, this company Firstmark Services “Googled” my information and found a completely different (unrelated) address to send the monthly statements without my consent. I asked why and their response was the mail going to my original address was returned back (for whatever reason) and they needed to have a working address on file. Terrible terrible company with no customer service. I did not even sign up for this loan, my school loan creditor sold it them and now I have to deal with this company. Its the worst
