If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have denied my co-signer release request twice, after changing the rules on me 3 times before that. I’ve made every single payment, on time in full. They have raised my already astronomical monthly payments without warning or reason. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, she told me my only option was to refinance with a different company - seems super great for business, and definitely makes me confident that I refinanced with the right lender (please read with sarcasm). This is the WORST loan services company on the planet. Their “guidelines” do not favor their clients & do not offer good customer service. One re misinformed me on the status of my account, which resulted in an incorrect auto debit that brought me under zero, and wrse yet, they did not attempt to refund my money. Firstmark is a pathetic excuse of an LLC!

Stuck with this company after Discover sold my loans to them. I was only a few ours late on my payment as my check didn’t post on time. They decided to add Aprils bill on top of my March bill. I called them about that and they were so rude on the phone with me. It would be nice to have a say as to where our student loans get sold to considering we are the ones paying on it.
We didn’t choose to do business here first of all! Got behind on a student loan and when I caught it up they “forgot” to include all the loans (which can’t be consolidated). Now they say we are late on more loans. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
