Most difficult people I’ve ever dealt with.
This company is full of employees that are incredibly unprofessional. Nobody can conduct their jobs in an accurate and timely manner. I've had to reach out to customer service 5 times in one month just to get a loan modification put into place on my behalf. Every representative I've spoken with has given provided me different time frames of when the modification would begin and with no resolutions nothing had been done on my behalf.
