Terrible terrible company with no customer service. I did not even sign up for this loan, my school loan creditor sold it them and now I have to deal with this company. Its the worst
If I could give them zero I would. I wasn’t given the option to decide where my loans go. They buy out companies and hit your credit report multiple times. First they were saying I was late on payments and I wasn’t. They were actually wanting me to make two payments a month in which I didn’t agree to. Then I was told they only enter information on credit reports after 13th and they always hit my credit report twice and I have to dispute. This is horrible!
HORRIBLE INTEREST RATES NO ONE EVER SAID THEY SOLD OUR STUDENT LOAN FROM CITZENS NORMALLY THEY DO BUY OUT LOAN HOWEVER, NO ONE EVER TOLD US. THEN THEY DID FIVE SEPERATE LOANS AND CHARGED ME ALL DIFFERENT INTEREST RATES. I WAS READING ALL THE REVIEWS. I NEED TO GET THIS UNDER A NEW BUSINESS TODAY!!! I have an auto loan through Citizen's Bank. Firstmark manages those loans. My old cell phone died that is tied to my account. For the first time I had to "snail mail" in my payment by money order. Unfortunately, I accidentally sent my payment to the address listed on Citizen's website. I found out after the fact that that address was for "Student loans" not all loans. The 9% interest rate on my loan is kind of ridiculous, consider I paid half off and have good credit. They don't really want to work with you, just make money.
