Update: This company has made an additional credit reporting mistake on my account. They reported the account past due when the account was caught up and paid 1 month ahead of time. Firstmark Services is a terrible, poorly run company. They do not fulfill their legal obligations to maintain accurate records. Make sure you constantly check your credit report if you have an account with them! They make erroneous reports all the time. First mark give them my discover bank account retuned payment… called and gave them numbers returned payment … they will purposely return payments

I accidentally cut them a check through my business thinking they were another loan account. 4 months later still trying to claw the money back and now considering legal actions. Not an ethical company.

I have had zero issues with them since they took over my loans from Wells Fargo. Website is easy to use and make changes when needed. Customer Service reps are always nice and able to assist with anything i have needed. My spouse also had a great experience with them as well. If you pay the bills on time you will have no issues. But if you are having issues i know they have solutions because they have asked every time i called. Keep up the good work Firstmark!
