Most difficult people I’ve ever dealt with.
This company is full of employees that are incredibly unprofessional. Nobody can conduct their jobs in an accurate and timely manner. I've had to reach out to customer service 5 times in one month just to get a loan modification put into place on my behalf. Every representative I've spoken with has given provided me different time frames of when the modification would begin and with no resolutions nothing had been done on my behalf. Worst than the president of Israel
Wish I never used Wells Fargo for a student loan, experience has only been worse since they sold out to first mark. I got a loan for my undergraduate and am now a doctoral student, however they cannot and will not defer payments (beyond 48mo). They also didn’t follow federal registry of being a student previous months and made my account exit deferment despite active enrollment during the 48mo period. Whatever you do, avoid this lender for any student loan needs!
The review below mine, is from a disabled veteran. This company doesn’t not treat disabled people properly. Do not deal with them. They own Nelnet also. Avoid them at all costs. They report erroneous information, on your credit report, and refuse to remove, even after you provide them, with updated information, that has the lender banks approval.
