Pros: - Owners are responsive and seem to have caring intent - Front office personnel are knowledgeable and helpful Cons: - Overall care quality varied widely depending on the caregiver - High caregiver turnover - Overall lack of expertise dealing with patients elderly patients with cognitive issues, particularly alzheimer's and dementia - Unprofessional conduct with some caregivers. I just want to tell you how much I enjoy Firstlight home care. I come from a facility and this is my first experience in homecare. I will never go back to a facility! The company's compassion and caring for their clients and employees, knows no bounds! I have work right along side the owners at shifts and helping care for clients. It’s an amazing change coming from a facility, where there is not enough time or caregivers to give everyone the care they deserve. Firstlight gives me hope, for my own aging family members.
