FirstLight was of tremendous help to me when my mother needed care at home. They quickly lined up caregivers to provide daily service. Caregivers were professional and attentive and helped with everything, including feeding, bathing and going for short walks. FirstLight also helped me navigate paperwork required to make claims with long-term health insurance. While my mother is now in an assisted living facility, I will definitely call on FirstLight again if she requires additional care.

Our experience with First Light has been very good. My mom loves her aide Nakayla. She always arrives with a smile and upbeat energy. My mom likes her very much. Nakayla is top notch!!

All staff who have helped with my father in law have been amazing! They are kind and courteous at all times, and make him and me fell comfortable. He is also extremely happy to have a caregiver who knows ASL,. Thank you and your staff for everything you do!
