I was actually just on live video via Facebook when I speaking with a patient of theirs. The lady known as Vida, who was "supposed" to be taking care of her was on her cell phone for over 45 minutes outside just doing whatever she wanted with no regards to the patient. Regardless of how hard you work to please clients you will have disgruntled clients. We do our best to provide great service to all of our clients 100% of the time and all concerns and challenges are addressed properly.
This area has a lot of care givers and agencies. I like the fact that this agency actually screens their caregivers. I also like that if an issue comes up, they are quick to try to rectify it. I trust that they have my best interest at heart.
