Ive been working with firstlight since summer of 2024. I enjoy working with my clients. I feel very supported by Tracy, paul, Christy and Molly. Im very grateful for this job. I look forward to every shift.
First light was such a blessing to my mom and I. The caregivers were fantastic with her! We used their service about 3 years. The company is very responsive to changing schedules and needs. They were great at communicating schedule changes. Their online Spectrum Teletrack is excellent to see schedules and review caregiver notes. I never had to worry about the care she received as the caregivers were prompt, reliable and provided my mom with excellent care so she could live out her remaining days in her own home.
This is an awesome place to work. The opportunity to help others and expand the circle of friends through the job is welcoming.
First light sent a wonderful caregiver to take care of my mom.When we had plans for the evening comma we will definitely be using their service again !
Working here few months so far I love my job and my clients are super sweet .
