First light sent a wonderful caregiver to take care of my mom.When we had plans for the evening comma we will definitely be using their service again !
Working here few months so far I love my job and my clients are super sweet .
Recieved one day of respite care and was told the person they sent wouldn't be coming back due to her fear of snakes (despite never being asked if we had snakes in the initial interview) as well as comments being left about the cleanliness of our home. Additionally, I was never talked to about the issues and they never contacted me about sending out a different person to help, despite telling me they would do so when they called to let me know the lady was afraid of snakes. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
I used to work there. I had a horrible experience I was without a client for almost 3 and 1/2 months so i had to quit cuz they weren't helping me with finding a client for me so they came up with so many excuses so I do not recommend working for this company.
