The VA pays for some caregiver support for my Father. Over the last 3 years, we have been sent to work with 5 or 6 agencies and had easily a dozen different caregivers. None are even close to Firstlight. From their initial meeting and the materials they left behind, it was clear that Firstlight tiers above the other agencies we had worked with prior. Each of the caregivers we have had since going with Firstlight also demonstrate professionalism and genuine concern than the others.

Firstlight Home Care is a necessary imperative for every assistant living and memory care facility. Our care giver is provided through this service and she is hands down the best in this specialty. The care and sincere thoughfulness for my father has caused him to come alive again! She goes the extra mile and operate in such excellence. Nootan is a pleasure to work with. She communicates well and responds promptly each time I contact her. That is EXTREMELY important. The caregivers are competent and pleasant, which isn't always easy when dealing with people who are frustrated with their current situation.

This experience has been outstanding. They have provided excellent care for my uncle. He is treated with kindness, respect, care and attentiveness. All of the needs and wants I asked for him have been consistently met and the aide does exactly what she says she will do. Also very patient and understanding to his challenges related to both memory issues and physical limitations.
