We have had a really great experience with FirstLight! The caregivers they have sent to be with our family members have been great (really better than we had even hoped!). The office staff are so responsive. Phone calls are answered or returned very quickly, and they are incredibly responsive to our needs and address any questions we have. I recommend this agency and would use them again when/if in-home caregiving is needed for another family member.

First Light was a godsend to us for help in the final days of my mother's life. It was a difficult and stressful time and Garish and Nikki were able to bring order and ultimately peace for my mother and my entire family. Garish made the process human and was an incredible partner in this time of needing additional care with my mother was with us in in-home hospice. We feel so fortunate to have had First Light, Garish, and Nikki in our lives.

I contacted FirstLight in August of this year. My 92-year-old father was in the process of dying from laryngeal cancer. He was receiving in home hospice and I needed someone to stay with him one day a week for a few hours while I went shopping and ran errands. The person I spoke with on the phone was kind and caring. We interviewed four different agencies, and FirstLight Home Care of Boston Northwest stood out as the most receptive and understanding of our needs. The office team has been very helpful and responsive, and our caregivers were motivated, thoughtful, observant, and unbelievably kind. We truly appreciate the care and support they’ve provided—it’s made a real difference in our daily lives. Highly recommend FirstLight to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable home care!

I would recommend First Light Home Care if your looking for some one to care for a loved one, my husband’s caregiver, Mariana, who has worked out great with him has been a big help to both of us……
