Girish Lahoty and his team at FirstLight were lovely. They helped keep my father independent and safe at home over the last few years of his life. The team was flexible about providing more days/hours a week as his needs grew, and took him to dentist and doctors visits when he was unsteady on his feet. The office scheduler emailed and called me when a caregiver had concerns about my father's health, which allowed me get him timely medical care. I highly recommend their services.

We used FirstLight Home Care to have someone stay with my dad several days a week while I worked. It was a huge relief to have some extra help. Bryanna is an absolute angel. She cooked, cleaned, and did any odd job my dad needed help with. She was great company for him as well. We are eternally thankful for her. The company's scheduling team was responsive and flexible and were able to provide substitute caregivers and add hours on any time we needed. Their billing procedures were clear and fair. Thank you FirstLight!

The folks at First Light were wonderful, very compassionate and worked with us to help us with caring for my father, who is a dementia patient. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone who needs help with elder care, I will sing their praises!

FirstLight Home Care is an exceptional company providing top-notch healthcare services. The caregivers are knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. My family and I were so happy with the care they provided. They always went above and beyond! The office managers were fabulous! I don't know how they do it! First of all I want to thank you for the tremendous service that you and your caregivers provided to my family on such short notice. Everyone was kind, professional and sympathetic to my brother's challenges. Your involvement made his transition home and his recovery so much easier for both of us. Even when there was a staffing challenge, your team was in constant communication with us. As a team, we were able to work out alternative hours to get the coverage that was needed.
