Erika S. is wonderful with my wheelchair-bound husband. She is professional, mindful of his safety, and enjoyable to be around. I feel comfortable to step away from the house when she is here. Erika foresees his needs and takes action without being directed.
Danika has been amazing to work with! She exceeded our expectations in getting assistance in place very quickly for my Dad. She usually responds within an hour if we have questions. Her bubbly personality and attention to detail make her perfect for her coordinator position!
I recently had an emergency need for home care for my wife that has Alzheimers. Normally she stays at an adult day care facility during the day but she came down with covid and was sent home, I reached out to Kyndal at WellsBranch FirstLight Home Care and she set up an appointment to come interview us and do a home safety inspection. First Light provided compassionate & professional care for my mother in law who was at home under Hospice care. They responded quickly to our scheduling needs and I could not have been more pleased with their service.
This is one of the best health care experiences I have ever had. First light caregivers are competent, caring, reliable and outright wonderful. Starting with Jennifer who came to our home within 3 hours of our call. She was warm and enlightening about their services and I felt relief was actually coming.
