Recently used FirstLight home care for my mom when I was out of town. This was my first experience and it could not have been better. So thankful to have someone drop in and let me know that my mother is doing well. The caregivers went above and beyond for her! Definitely would use again.
FirstLight Home Care has been a God send for us. My aging brother and autistic live in Memphis and my wife and I live in California. Before FirstLight home care came into our lives it was constant worry about my siblings as my brother was in the hospital numerous times and my sister is not self sufficient home alone for any period of time. This is my first time using a care givers company and First Light has been excellent. I feel very fortunate to have them helping my husband and I. His caregiver Celia is a God sent, she knows exactly what my husband needs and he really enjoys her personality and effecancy. I also think the schedulers do a great job placing caregivers when needed. Thank you so much for your hard work.
I have spent years try to find a caregiver who will provide for my husband who has dementia. I have very specific needs for him which are crucial for his brain health maintenance at this already compromised level. Most importantly, he needs to exercise, blood to brain if you will. This is the most important factor in maintaining cognition. This simple act of walking is not something caregivers normally do and, more importantly, don’t want to do.
