Excessive fees, closing agent not knowledgeable. Very poor service and very slow.
Maybe all title companies are like this but First Title is clearly padding their document preparation fees by creating one copy for each seller @ $125 each when they could create one copy for all sellers. The documents are full of errors and the woman we are dealing with is unpleasant.
