I had a great experience closing with Tammie at First Title. Smooth and prompt closing experience.
I cannot recommend FirsTitle as FirsTitle is not processing the paperwork promptly and causing unnecessary delays. I sent all closing paperwork on a Friday, they let the paperwork sit for a week and only start to process it until the following Friday. After this unexplained delay, they delay the process again for another three weeks due to their back office staff is on spring break without considering the delay they previously caused. It has not been a smooth transaction between the relator and the title company. Major lack of communication and not prompt on paperwork completion. A week and half after closing I was still being sent paperwork that had been missed at signing.
