Doctor was great. Very knowledgeable and decent bedside manners. The nurse we saw was absolutely amazing. My husband arrived at 2:18 (literally walked in) for a 2:15 appointment with his disabled father. He was 3 minutes late. The lady at the front called to see where they were at 2:18 (which is completely acceptable….might I add….as I work in healthcare and deal with late patients daily). What is completely unacceptable is her saying “you are actually 18 min late, we ask that you arrive 15 min before your appointment time. ... read more
