I arrived around 4am 10/2/23 and was taken back pretty quick. The entire staff was super nice, professional and caring. They did a ct scan, figured out what the issue was and made arrangements for my surgery. Awesome crew! May God bless them. 🙌 Another visit 7/19/25 for my family member. this time we had dr. Miller, he and the staff were very caring and professional. From the moment we walked in to the end. All members were helpful and kind. Another great experience at Troy ER.

For a hospital without an ICU, they are amazing! And way faster than any other ER I've visited! My husband was recently there; they saved his life. He came in, and his blood O2 level was below 70%; they immediately got him on a bed and kept him stable until a hospital with an ICU bed became available. Our whole family had the flu, and his just happened to turn into bacterial pneumonia. The pneumonia gave him sepsis. This place was a joke this time. Not professional at all. The only person I seen that talked like they had any sense was the transporter for CT. The doctor documented false information on my summary denied symptoms that I did have complaints about. Also false documented a recheck on a blood pressure at time of discharge. Just to cover there tail because should have never been discharged. Pain was not addressed at all 10/10 at arrival time & still 10/10 at discharge. Zero. Stars. The staff tonight was garbage. From the rude nurse who took our information to the actual rude doctor. My husband went in with a severe sinus infection and was not treated. Was told he would receive a steroid shot and he did not. He was asked if he had weapons in his home and if he felt safe in his home. What the hell does that have to do with ANYTHING? HE HAS A SINUS INFECTION and is in severe pain and already on medicine for chronic migraines. They don’t listen to anything you say. They don’t care about making... read more
