Great place decent price $50 a month. Very clean through out the facility. Nice locker room and a big pool. I wish they had more weight lifting equipment and less cardio. At peak times it's difficult to keep a routine down when someone is camping out on the one piece of equipment you need to use.
Very clean and not crowded at all which I love! The only reason I don’t give it a 5 is because I wish they closed later for us folks who get out a little later.
First Health, visit with Dr. Brenner in Sanford office for shot in left hand Sep. 2024 for Osteoarthritis. Shot only lasted 3 months. Seeing Dr Brenner again this April to discuss options. Dr Brenner and staff are superb!!
Clean is my #1 concern. Every single time I visit, some caring person is busy cleaning. After visiting another gym, all I can say is, "Why would you be going anywhere else?"
