The First Health fitness Center has everything you could imagine it would have. Something they don't have is massage chairs. They do have a heated swimming pool area with a hot tub. Steam room and sauna, also two floors. They have free weights, machines everywhere. They even have on-site trainers. Great place to go. Great place to be. If they could extend the opening time, it'll be the best. I love it! You should try it out
The staff is nice and friendly! The woman at the front desk was very helpful and able to answer all the questions that I had! The facilities are clean and not very crowded allowing you time to do the exercises that you want to do as long as you need to! All of the physical therapists that I met upstairs in the department were nice and friendly too! They have done a fantastic job with my mother's therapy!
Love the fitness center I go 5 days a week great people
