It’s a nice small gym but the floors are dirty a lot and on the weekends they don’t open on time. It’s frustrating when you want to get an early workout in and they are suppose to open and no one shows up to open the facility. It would also be nice if they would fix equipment when it breaks. The treadmills get used a lot and taken a lot but the one treadmill has been down for over 6 months.
I had a great experience with Josue Prado Jabola during my physical therapy. I went in with a serious shoulder injury, about a 50% anterior tendon tear, and with his guidance and exercises I was able to heal and get my strength back. Josue is very easygoing, patient, and he really listens. He explains things in a simple way and adjusts the therapy based on how you feel, not just a plan on paper.
