Front office staff is always wonderful. The Dr I saw today was not. I have alot of allergies to medicines. So as we were discussing that I explained I have a list of what I can take. She was very rude in saying she doesn't need my list she knows antibiotics and she can give me some. Although all other doctors ask me what I can take. So today I have been prescribed doxycycline. Which I have taken in past but allergies do change. My pharmacy then called to question if I could take the doxycycline due to it being in same catego... read more
pretty quick service folks were nice but not very educated on medicine call in meds insurance won’t pay for it needs pre authorization can’t get help 5 days after visit still waiting on more authorization on meds i know it’s the insurance but pharmacy blames doctors doctors blame insurances in the meant to e you suffer tired of the bullshit i need the meds
