The staff was really nice and did not take this as long as it did in the past.. great experience that day

My experience as a new patient with First Health has been incredibly disappointing and concerning. As someone with chronic health conditions, timely access to care is essential. I scheduled an appointment in April and was given the soonest available date: July 16th. A three-month wait for a new patient appointment is already unacceptable. Worse yet, the practice canceled my appointment and rescheduled it for a month later without any notification whatsoever—no phone call, no email, no text message. All I ask as a fellow healthcare worker .. it’s remembered why we do what we do .. understanding that it gets busy and overwhelming but a thorough assessment outside of vital signs is so essential to providing good care . FirstHealth is amazing and we have to uphold that quality care .
