That individual, Roger Diaz, treated my husband completely differently than when my husband had private health insurance. Patients trust these health "professionals" with their lives. But they only care about having a title, and his team, only cares about being hired to be sitting at the front desk. Good for nothing individuals. It took months for Roger Diaz to get the specialist referrals he greatly needed.

As a former patient, Roger Diaz doesn't care about his patients' health and wellbeing. It costs an arm and a leg to get him to refer you elsewhere or get him to sign something to help you when you cannot afford medication. He doesn't believe in helping patients. He sees us as dollar signs. Please if you value your life, time and money go elsewhere. I went elsewhere and was given the help I needed. He is unprofessional, rude and cares about money!

This officr tried to go back and double charge me different amounts for services that I had already paid for via their online billing service on my chart. They also charged me for services that I did not receive. I called their "customer support" and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do. Honestly, if it weren't for how fantastic the Doc was, I wouldn't have gone back after the first visit. Now she's leaving and they lost an income source....since that's all their patients are to them. Get corporate BS ... read more
