My interactions with the staff during the time of the appointments were generally positive. Unfortunately there were issues later on. On one visit, I got billed incorrectly and had to call them to change the code for insurance, still ended up paying out of pocket for "transporting material to the lab". I paid just to be done with it. Second time I got charged $540 for all testing that was recommended by the doctor and the nurse and then they claimed it was all requested by me and refused to change the codes to bill my insura... read more
Very pleased with the transition to this new facility and especially glad to have found Roger Diaz, PAC.
I was sad to see the last group of nurses and doctors leave, as I had gone to them for the last 10 years. It was a rough transition but I am very happy with the new team of providers. They are great people and the new systems make connecting with them and my chart very easy. Friendly, efficient, quick to respond, caring and trustworthy.
