This officr tried to go back and double charge me different amounts for services that I had already paid for via their online billing service on my chart. They also charged me for services that I did not receive. I called their "customer support" and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do. Honestly, if it weren't for how fantastic the Doc was, I wouldn't have gone back after the first visit. Great customer service! The front desk was able to get me in to be seen on the same day (someone cancelled). Everyone from the doctor to the nurses everyone was great!
