Honestly, pretty disappointed with the service here. Don’t get me wrong they have wonderful front desk service, however after waiting 2 hours (3:15 to 5:15pm) in the room to be seen I walked out. I’m not sure why there is only one provider there on weekends with how many patients come in daily. This used to be somewhere I went to consistently because I loved the customer service and attention to detail. I will not be returning, save your time and copay money.
They close at 7:30pm. At 5:52pm they let you walk in and then say they can only see one more person. So basically come at your own risk haha.
From the warm smile Kristy provided us at check-in, the attention to detail our nurse had to use a flavored tongue depressor to distract an unpleasant experience while she collected a throat culture, to the great bedside manner our NP, Jeff provided us put me and my daughter at ease when she didn’t feel well. Jeff is a knowledgeable provider who cares for the patients he sees. Even though the board was full of patients he took focused time to care for my daughter.
