I don’t like leaving reviews like this but if it helps them to work on the problems then it served a purpose. Today took my daughter to Beechtree drive convenient care. Waited 1 hr and 30 mins. Watched everyone go in except us. Even the ones (4) that came in after. The lady at the desk said that not just walk ins were seen at that door but primary care and others. Did not care for the front desk receptionist. A young lady about her 20-s with black hair. It was like I was putting her out of her way. The other receptionist was just a rude to a family friend that was looking for me.
DO NOT GET TREATED BY JEFFREY RIORDEN unless you want to waste your time!! I haven’t ever had a bad experience here until I came here 2 days ago for my 5 year old daughter. I had a feeling she had Covid because somebody I was around had gotten it from their kid. The doctor came in and ordered a strep test even though my daughter never once complained about her throat hurting… the rapid test came back negative but yet he still wanted to treat her for strep. Waited 2 weeks for a mri just to be called at 430pm the night before to be told it was canceled cause insurance didnt approved it only to find out they did approved it 2 days prior to the phone call. No explanation
