As my mother’s caregiver, I’ve been so impressed by the care we’ve received at FirstHealth , from the front desk to the nurses and doctor, everyone was kind , respectful, and attentive. They took the time to talk with us and treated my mom with genuine compassion. All the FirstHealth location we’ve visited has shown the same level of professionalism and warmth. It’s truly the best care we’ve experienced since moving to North Carolina. Highly recommend !!!!

ZERO STARS. They are all about money. I moved to the area and haven't found a primary doctor yet. I went on Monday evening about 5pm. I was giving a note to return to work on Thursday. On Tuesday they sent a message through email about test results (they never called). I have Covid. I am symptomatic: running fever, cough, chills, loss of appetite, and body sore all over.
