Ernie is an awesome Dr. And the staff have always been professional. I've been a patient for about 3 yrs and wish I had been much longer. My wife was with me my last appointment 1/3/25 and has decided to change to Dr. Ernie. Completely satisfied with Firsthealth Carolina Family- Dr. Ernie feels like family to me.
Dr Ernie is awesome but the willingness to drop a patient who has had to cancel an appointment a couple of times and mark it as a no show is ridiculous. Emergency’s happen but apparently first health is not understanding of that on their perfect little world. Like I said dr ernie is by far the best dr you can get but first health 100% sucks. I do not recommend them and would suggest to anyone who uses them to make sure to not have an emergency and have to cancel you appointment the same day otherwise you may be dropped.
