No Communication whatever from this place nor the doctor. Front desk staff is rude and never seems to call you back when you have a request or need a message sent to your doctor. Doctor will not call you back or communicate with you after your appointment even when multiple calls have been place to get answers. Will not be returning, and also made a complaint with first health.
Dr. Shin and his entire staff are so friendly and helpful. He takes the time to listen to all your concerns. He is one of the only doctors that doesn't rush you in and out. He and his staff show genuine concern for the patients well being. Highly recommend Dr. Shin!!!
