Today by phone, Erin was so very helpful and polite. There was a phone-line problem and some prescriptions were not able to be processed the day before. Erin explained the situation, and when I called the pharmacy it was OK now, but then had an issue with a different prescription of mine. I had to call Erin back! She was kind to hear me out and take that information to be handled. I was thinking it would be another phone runaround but it was not. Original appointment went well and thought they would help manage pain. I thought wrong, very difficult to get messages to doctor. They don't return calls most of the time. Had to go 5 days in terrible pain and still no return call, had to drive to the office to get a response. Never ahead of pain, always playing catch-up. Try to find a provider that communicates better and will help manage your pain to keep you even or above pain level.
