Don't expect to get real help for your pain conditions. They just make you out to be a seeker and guilt you for trying to get help with your pain. You jump through all their hoops and still get treated like your pain isn't real or bad enough for help.
Today by phone, Erin was so very helpful and polite. There was a phone-line problem and some prescriptions were not able to be processed the day before. Erin explained the situation, and when I called the pharmacy it was OK now, but then had an issue with a different prescription of mine. I had to call Erin back!
