They’ve handled everything from really maintenance to complete replacement of both air and heating systems. Every single time they’ve consistently provided me excellent service.
Had a great overall experience with Firsthand. The technicians did the installation and they were knowledgeable and very professional. Answered all my questions and suggested me the best options. I am really impressed that they covered my carpet with sheets and boards so it won't get dirty. Working with the lady in the office was great. From the first time i called Firsthand Heating & Air Conditioning Service to replace an old unit and an A coil until this past service visit, they have always been very professional and respectful. I highly recommend this company.
The technicians were the most professional people I have had in my home in a long time. They were personable and answered any questions I had about filters, cleaning, etc. They were on time and were non-stop in cleaning my duck work. I would highly recommend this company anytime to the world. When you have people that do the job they do and do it well, you keep them forever for future duck cleaning.
