Charging service fees to pay with a bank account now. The 3rd party service they use is also owned by some foreign company. Really makes you think
Stole $850 and every time I call In they tell me to call a different company that handles their refunds and they have no information on the refund they said they gave me. Now, every time I call them, they put me in a 40 minute phone call wait and then they hang up on me and I have to file a lawsuit
If I could leave 0 stars I would. It’s amazes me how one company monopolizes the market, charges exuberant rates and the power still goes off so often. It’s winter and my power has been off for 16 hours and they said we need to wait 2 more days until the power is restored? We can’t talk to anyone to get an update because they have a robot. This is a 1st world country, I’m from Barbados a 3rd world country and we have way better service than this.. West Penn Power and all of the subsidiaries need to get their act together.
They left a tenant disconnect power at a property I own. its 20 degrees, the pipes will freeze without heat, and I have been on hold for an hour and still haven't been able to talk to anyone to turn the power back on. The worst customer service ever
