Great day on the water. Wish I had more pictures of this place.
They’re quite an ugly facility. I can see the smokestacks from many miles away, day in and day out, destroying the beautiful landscape!
I have had a good experience working with them. It takes a lot of people working hard to get electricity to the public.
Asked for an estimate for new electric. Total run from existing pole of about 60 yards and received a quote of between $6K-$8K, for a single pole and which requires me to obtain all pernits and rights of way, to clear all trees, and to dig ditch and supply and lay conduit. When I requested a detailed quote, the rep has become evasive.
