First Energy is the worst company I have every encountered. They will gauge you and then still charge you a security deposit if you pay late. I have never been less impressed with a corporation. It's quite pathetic. I've lived in Boston, Dallas, New York and Pittsburgh...and have never encountered such unprofessional trash.

They’re quite an ugly facility. I can see the smokestacks from many miles away, day in and day out, destroying the beautiful landscape!
I have had a good experience working with them. It takes a lot of people working hard to get electricity to the public.
