Lost my home in an electrical fire at the meter. When I called them to end the bill, the gentleman was heartless at my loss of my home and animals and was more focus on defending his companies actions and policies. He shouldn't have sounded shocked when I gave him the same energy telling him "What's left of it." when mentioning that the a crew member would be coming to collect the meter and box. Just another corporation that makes way too much money and has to nickel and dime their customers. Way to add a service fee to the payments. Absolute garbage and we knew they would find a way to make the money back they lost from the lawsuit.
Customer service phone service & Web site are not customer friendly. Not sure who is listening to the recordings of your customers calls. Nothing seems too prove.having to wait two hours to speak with someone is unacceptable
Open 24 hours but no one to talk to.
