Atrociously unreliable service. Numerous monthly outages as a result of poorly maintained trees surrounding the power lines. The slightest breeze causes power fluctuations and outages. I’ve brought this issue up numerous times and nothing gets done. They actually try to blame me for the outages; that my trees were the cause. Except, my portion of the service is underground. The unprofessional attitude is astonishing.
The worst customer service. If it gets turned off for any reason, they rush to disconnect, but grab their feet to reconnect. Then there was April 2025, when nearly everyone in the area had an outrageous bill, many over $400-$500, even those who rarely use electricity had a major increase. By the way, government subsidies already paid customer bills, we are just charged extra. FE exists to extract as much capital from working class people as possible.
