Horrible! I lived in Southern Delaware for 13-14 years and a house that had a heat pump; so the entire house was Electric. I found a spot at the time so I did the laundry from the spa one or two loads just everyday; what's my regular laundry. Yes, they're terrible.I never got a call back yesterday.And 1 day they told me it was $19 to turn the electric back on and then sent me back to make another $100 payment to turn the electric back in.Yes I miss Potomac Edison

WOW! 1000 views in 30 days. Even Frontier has better customer service. (Seriously!) Queue times are atrocious, waiting hours on the line to do the simplest thing. Never, ever choose the "call you back" option. They never call you back. Even customer service said not to use the web features for start/stop/transfer service. They are too glitchy to be reliable. Their emails purposely do not give you an option to email CS or a phone number. You need to dig to get the phone number. My email about meter reading took 15 days to get... read more

They never call you back. Even customer service said not to use the web features for start/stop/transfer service. They are too glitchy to be reliable. Their emails purposely do not give you an option to email CS or a phone number. You need to dig to get the phone number. My email about meter reading took 15 days to get an answer. What a racket!
