Built my lakefront Firstday Cottage 17 years ago. Still living in it, and expect it to last another 100 years or more. Building instructions are easy to follow. Most of the built can be done with one person, and some with a helper. The architect David was awesome and extremely helpful. I heard that he was a MIT graduate having some of his architectural designs featured in prominent architectural magazines. Couldn't love our 1st day how more. David is a patient and super qualified architect who listens to his clients and is always available to answer questions and help problem solve.
