People complain about the wait times, and I know it can be stressful, especially if you're already worried about your medical concerns. But over the years, I've experienced long waits in many medical centres. While I have a regular doctor at First Care, I have also seen two others there. All three are very friendly, supportive and professional. The reception staff, who are always busy, are fantastic too, and great communicators. Thumbs up to First Care in Brisbane CBD.
AVOID AVOID at all cost specially if an emergency. The ratings in this case is absolutely true , unethical practice. I was told to expect an answer on my blood tests by Monday but didn't hear back so followed up on Wednesday and than on Thursday. The admin staff response was that doctor hasn't gone through the report after 3 days of delay & 2 follow ups and I book another consultation to make sure he does his job as promised. Booked a last minute appointment with Dr. Charles Hur and he was absolutely brilliant. Great communicator and very empathetic (even for the last appointment of the day)
Amazing doctors and staff. Been here many times and always impressed with the knowledgeable drs and very helpful staff (despite being very busy :-) ))
Nurse Ella is an absolute star! I recently went in for a flu injection, she was professional and caring.
