Booked a last minute appointment with Dr. Charles Hur and he was absolutely brilliant. Great communicator and very empathetic (even for the last appointment of the day)

Nurse Ella is an absolute star! I recently went in for a flu injection, she was professional and caring.
I saw Dr. Henry Douglas on 6th March at this medical central and did a swap test at the facility on the day as he suggested. After that I got a bulk bill from QML Pathology under Dr. Henry Douglas name saying I did TV PCR, MWFM, and PEI tests although I didn't go to any pathology cuz he didn't even mention any test of them and didn't get prescription for that. I can't believe a doctor who is supposed to be concerned about a patient's statement can do this dodgy stuff. I feel so upset and stressed for this situation. God will... read more
Very bad first impression. It gives the perception that most of the staff is careless or trying to be racist to not book the appointment. First time booked the appointment. I booked 1 week prior, spoke at a length with the lady over the phone that I need to get the medical form completed for the job. She booked for Dr Caroline. She said Nurse will be in next week (for some tests I believe) so booked on that particular day in the afternoon as Nurse was away that week and only comes in the afternoon.
