I've been getting actual Botox for years with zero issues. When I came to this clinic, the injector used a different neurotoxin brand without ever telling me beforehand or explaining the difference. Within two days, I broke out in heavy swelling and lumps around my injection sites, followed by a week of severe headaches. When I brought it up, they acted like it was no big deal. Total lack of transparent consent and patient care

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. From the beginning, I felt that the communication was poor and that my concerns were not being taken seriously. The interaction with the owner left me feeling uncomfortable, as I felt I was spoken to in a rude and argumentative manner rather than being treated with professionalism and respect. I had a very disappointing experience with First Care Aesthetics in Whitehall. In my experience, the owner, Fanta Beretay, was rude and argumentative, and I found the communication to be very poor. Rather than feeling heard and respected as a customer, I felt that my concerns were met with unnecessary hostility and defensiveness. I’ve been going to First Care Integrated Aesthetics for a few months now, and I honestly love it. I originally went in for Botox and some lip filler, and the results were exactly what I hoped for, natural looking and super flattering. The provider really listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Since then, I’ve also started their weight loss program using Semaglutide, and it’s been a game changer.
