Had my first visit here today and was treated wonderfully by everyone I encountered. The office is spotless and clean and the people that work here seem genuinely happy to be there helping patients. Keep up the great work!
The staff is nothing short of amazing and outstanding. From the receptionist to the doctors and everybody in between. Went in for a physical that everybody else was pushing me away cause they didn’t understand the paperwork. But this place ensured I was well taken care of! Dr.Price is outstanding in his reports and being thorough as possible with every detail.
2nd best PCP suggested by Cigna. I was not pleased to see an urgent care clinic instead of a doctor office when I first arrived. Was seen by physician assistant for ortho referral and set up standard labs. Scheduled lab draws for 8:20am, office opens at 8am. At 9am I walked out needing to eat something as I had been fasting for the draws. Setting an appointment time for 20 minutes after you open and then making a fasting patient wait an additional 40 minutes to be seen for something as simple as a blood draw is obscene. Absolutely amazing!!!!! From the receptionists to the nurses, docs and all staff!!! Took the time to assess my childs injury, were caring and comforting. Even on follow up visits, still took the time. Didn’t feel rushed. Miriam, Wanda were exceptional but all of the staff was fantastic!! I would highly recommend First Care. I wish I could give them a million stars!
