We purchased our house last November. I was really anxious about the mortgage. FirstCapUS spent a lot of time working through assumptions with us to ensure we got the lowest rate— and that we hit the deadline with the buyer. Cory was really transparent and was proactive about communicating what was happening with the lender. Then, with rates going down we recently did a refinance. Same great job as the first time around.
