My grandmother actually closed her account with this bank back in 2018. Recently, she received a call from a woman named Teresita claiming to be from the bank. During the call, my grandmother asked to speak with a supervisor, but Teresita denied the request and continued pressing for information. Out of concern, I called the official bank number from my own phone and surprisingly, Teresita was the one who answered.
